We are certified ISO 9001: 2000 for the “design, processing and supply” of rubber compounds since March 2004.
We are committed to the design and manufacture of premium quality rubber compounds, with exemplary presentation and assured timely delivery. Competitive pricing without compromising on quality is what all our customers vouch for.
We have a laboratory equipped with all basic rubber testing machines like Mooney Viscometer, Rheometers, Hardness Testers, Tensile Testers, and Specific Gravity apparatus.
Trident processes go by clearly laid down systems and procedures, from the choice of vendors of our raw materials at one end, to collecting feed-back from our customers on the other. Customer feed-back has a very prominent place in the Trident QMS. |

The raw material vendors are put on an initial trial period and assessed before being accepted as approved vendors. We follow it up with a system of vendor ratings.
The raw materials are used on first-in-first-out basis, with clear traceability.
In the manufacturing process, a Mixing Report accompanies every run, in which process parameters like mixing time, dump temperature, and dump weight are prescribed and the observed values recorded.
Every batch that is manufactured (whether Masterbatch or Compound) has an yearly running serial number, and it undergoes one or more designated tests to ensure that it is compatible with the specifications expected of the finished product. A record of all masterbatch – mixing, and compounding done at Trident is diligently maintained.
Batches that do not conform are recorded in the Non-conforming products register, and a detailed brainstorming done to find the root cause, and corrective action arrived at, to prevent recurrence.
In the Trident system, NC product is not a frequent occurrence as great stress is laid on preventive action, rather than correction and corrective action. The quality management system is reviewed and up-graded on an on-going basis in order to continually improve upon our running systems.
Trident understands the limitations inherent in an inanimate, formal organisation in fostering excellence. Keeping the Trident family (from the Directors to the junior-most shop-floor assistant) as a living organism, all members knit together as parts of the one body, working together towards the common goals in quality and bottom-lines, and enjoying their individual roles too, is our idea of excellence.
In the Trident ethos, quality is not just an impersonal objective that has to be pursued for survival. It is a vibrant, live system that embraces all our work-force and staff in actively following laid-down procedures, keenly observing and communicating aberrations, in time, among all concerned, and implementing preventive actions. This is what improves our quality progressively, bringing joy to our customers and in turn to us. |
